[PATCH] Microblaze: cleanup

- Subject: [PATCH] Microblaze: cleanup
Microblaze only supports gas. Remove old references
to microblaze assembler.

SUBTARGET_ASM_DEBUGGING_SPEC, microblaze_as_asm_spec, gas_asm_spec,
subtarget_microblaze_as_asm_spec, subtarget_asm_optimizing_spec,
subtarget_asm_debugging_spec, linker_endian_spec: Remove.
