[Committed] S/390: Add stcmh instruction for prefetching

Hi,

the attached patch splits the U and W constraint letters into four
constraints using a multiple letter constraint. We so far did not
distingiush between addresses with and without index registers. The new
'Z' constraint letter takes care of this. The only reason to keep U
and W around is inline assemblies although it is quite unlikely that
they have ever been used.

The Z constraint letter allows to add the stcmh instruction for
prefetching. The advantage is that this instruction is also available
on pre z10 machines although without performing a prefetch there. So
I've enabled the instruction for -mtune=z10.

Committed to mainline.

Bye,

-Andreas-
