[wwwdocs] Restore removed African or European? reference

As the comment says, how can anyone understand procedural logic without having
seen the Holy Grail? So we should at least provide a handy reference link.

htdocs/libstdc++/ChangeLog:

2009-05-31  Dave Korn  <dave.korn.cygwin@gmail.com>

	* index.html: Renew link for the Holy Grail scene.

  Ok? :)

    cheers,
      DaveK
