Subject: [patch]: Enable i386 defaulted mutlilib build for mingw32

Hello,

this patch enables for targets i?86-w64-* the ability to build a
multilib toolchain with as 32-bit default.

ChangeLog

2009-05-15  Kai Tietz  <kai.tietz@onevision.com>

	* config/i386/biarch32.h: New file.
	* config.gcc: Add for target i386-w64-* the biarch32.h to tm_file.

Tested for i686-w64-mingw32 and for i686-pc-mingw32. I will apply this
patch tomorrow if there are no objections.
