[patch][obvious] Fix comment in auto-inc-dec.c

Hi,

For some reason the comment in auto-inc-dec.c at the start of the file
appears twice. It looks like a merge error of some kind. Fixed with
this patch, which I'll commit as obvious later this week.

Ciao!
Steven

	* auto-inc-dec.c: Fix pass description, remove apparent
	accidental duplication.
