I've bootstrapped the cond-optab branch rev. 146079 on s390 and s390x.
There were a bunch of testsuite failures regarding conditional traps.
I'm currently testing a patch.

Do I interpret that correctly that you already have fixes for all the
differences? Or should have a look?
