committed: fix c/33466 for dfp, fixed-float constant suffix


This fix to reject invalid suffixes to floating constants was approved
by Joseph Myers in http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2009-02/msg00877.html.
Bootstrapped and regtested again on powerpc64-linux with -m32/-m64,
checked in on trunk.
