Subject: [PATCH, libgomp]: Cleanup cpuid usage in testsuite/libgomp.c/atomic-?.c

Hello!

Attached patch cleans usage of cpuid to be consistent with other cpuid
uses through the libgomp testsuite.

	* testsuite/libgomp.c/atomic-5.c: Cleanup cpuid usage.
	* testsuite/libgomp.c/atomic-6.c: Ditto.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu {,-m32}, committed to mainline.
