Probably due to mips baselines being selected that are not mips64?
That's my guess. See abi_baseline_pair in configure.host. Might need to
be tweaked or adjusted.

But I don't know for sure. This may be some other woe-inducing item.
Please send me the compressed libstdc++.log file for these runs (it
contains verbose data on abi_check) and I'll see what I can do.
