[wwwdocs] Remove PGCC from Extensions page


Remove PGCC, "last change: 2000-12-27".  Also, mainline GCC has now
been more than nicely optimized for x86 and x86-64 thanks to RTH,
Jan, Uros, Jakub, HJ and others.

Installed.
