Ping. There have been some comments on the stdint.h patch but no full
review or approval, and no comments on the remaining parts of the constant
expressions patch.
(I realise the config.gcc changes in the stdint.h patch will need some
updating, for the addition of the m32c-rtems target if nothing else.)
