patches should be okay. I will do the same today for the 4.3 branch tree.
The results look fine also for the 4.3 branch. It would be great to
make the patches in before the 4.3.2 release, as the control speculation
bug is clearly a regression from 4.2. So I would appreciate a fast
review of at least the two control speculation patches :)
