[PATCH] Expand Microsoft Windows notes in Host/Target specific installation notes

- Subject: [PATCH] Expand Microsoft Windows notes in Host/Target specific installation notes
This patch expands the "Microsoft Windows" section in "Host/Target
specific installation notes" by listing all supported Windows targets
and their matching target triples. It also notes some
commonly-requested targets are not supported.
This patch was tested with 'make html'.
