[PATCH, i386]: Committed: Cleanup ix86_arch and ix86_tune usage

Hello!

This patch changes series of "if" statements into switch statement in
a couple of places. Also, it defaults first member of processor_type
enum to zero, since these values are used as shift arguments in the
construction of single bit masks.

2007-11-22  Uros Bizjak  <ubizjak@gmail.com>

	* config/i386/i386.h (TARGET_CPU_CPP_BUILTINS): Change checking
	of ix86_arch and ix86_tune into a switch statement.
	(enum processor_type): Default PROCESSOR_I386 to 0.
	* config/i386/i386.c (ix86_decompose_address): Use TARGET_K6 instead
	of "ix86_tune == PROCESSOR_K6".
	(ia32_multipass_dfa_lookahead): Change checking of ix86_tune into
	a switch statement.

Patch was bootstrapped and regression tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu.
Patch is committed to mainline SVN.

Uros.
