Seems good to me but I've no approval right.

I'd judge the ifdef rtems C part approved as obvious and
I would suggest that since you are an official RTEMS port maintainer you
should be able to approve all ada/*-rtems.ad* + related mechanical make
machinery changes since they can't break the rest of Ada in any case (as
long as you test a native build for make machinery change). Other common
parts would of course require Ada maintainer approval, what do Ada
maintainers think about this change/clarification?

May be Geert for the rest of the patch?
