| (1) If you don't raise your objects to the C++ committee, nothing will change.
| (2) This isn't the right forum to reach the C++ committee; either
| post to the Library Working Group reflector or send an issue to the
| LWG chair, Howard Hinnant.
Do you have indications that the issue wasn't raised previously (to
the committee's attention)?
