Subject: [Xtensa] fixes for dataflow

I've committed this patch to fix up the Xtensa port for the recent dataflow changes. With these changes, the testsuite results for an xtensa-elf build still have 2 regressions compared to last week. I am investigating those.

* config/xtensa/xtensa.c (xtensa_expand_nonlocal_goto): Use validate_replace_rtx instead of replace_rtx. (xtensa_expand_prologue): Call df_insn_rescan after replace_rtx.
