[Xtensa] remove xfail for a test

- Subject: [Xtensa] remove xfail for a test
I changed the DejaGNU xtensa-sim baseboard file to no longer set
needs_status_wrapper, so now the g++.old-deja/g++.pt/static11.C test works OK
for Xtensa. Committed on mainline.
