remove config/alpha/lib1funcs.asm

Subject: remove config/alpha/lib1funcs.asm

The only user of this file was removed here:

2003-05-15  Zack Weinberg  <zack@codesourcery.com>

        * config.gcc: Purge all targets obsoleted in GCC 3.3.  Also
        remove hppa*-*-mpeix* which could not be built, and prune
        files from tmake_file= or tm_file= lists that don't exist.

        * config/alpha/alpha-interix.h, config/alpha/alpha32.h
	* config/alpha/t-interix...

Which is good, because I happened to notice a couple of bugs in it...
