[documentation, fortran, commited] typo fixes


Committed as obvious to trunk and 4.2.

        * intrinsic.texi (AND, CPU_TIME): Fix dummy argument names.
        (FREE): Fix call syntax.

Tested info and dvi targets on i686-pc-linux-gnu.
