[committed] rewrite section handling on darwin

I've had this in my local tree for about a month now and it's a good  
time to commit it. This rewrites the darwin section handling to use  
categorize_decl_for_section, fix the formatting in a number of places  
and break out how we handle the different types of sections.  
Bootstrapped and regression tested recently on all four darwin  
targets, no regressions. Tested today on x86_64-darwin, no regressions.

Committed to mainline.

	(darwin_text_section): New.
	(darwin_rodata_section): Ditto.
	(darwin_mergeable_string_section): Ditto.
	(darwin_mergeable_constant_section): Ditto.
	* config/darwin-sections.def: Add SECTION_STRINGS for cstring_section.
