I moved the setting of MAX_ALIASED_VOPS from gfc_post_options to
gfc_init_options, so that it can still be overridden by --params
max-aliased-vops.
Bootstrapped and tested x86 and x86_64. Committed.

* options.c (params.h): Include.
(gfc_post_options): Set MAX_ALIASED_VOPS to 50.
