I'm not quite sure about the end of Stage 1 date. Perhaps add "(tentative)" to the date. Mark?

I think December 20th is an unfortunate date; the winter holidays make it tough for people to complete things by that point. And, there's a lot to do for 4.3. So, I think we should extend Stage 1 by one month, to January 20th. That will give folks time to come back in the new year and still get stuff finished up.

Committed, then, taking Gerald and Mark's comments into account, as attached.
