Uh, no.
What you really need to do is to cc a maintainer who can review it.
Sadly, not every maintainer either
1. looks at the patch queue
or
2. reads gcc-patches religiously

(I think they should at least do one of them, but hey, i'm still young
enough to stay up forever reading patches  :P)
