[patch] Fix PR c++/28505

Hi,

The two testcases in the Bugzilla PR for this bug crash in different
ways, the first is a tree-check failure caused by an error_mark_node
not being handled and the second is a segmentation fault.

The fix for both of these crashes is to return earlier out of
grokdeclarator after a diagnostic has been issued about an incomplete
type which fixes both testcases.

The attached patch has been bootstrapped and regression tested with no
new failures on i686-pc-linux-gnu, ok for mainline and 4.1/4.0
branches?

Cheers,
Lee.
