trivial rs6000 fix

Subject: trivial rs6000 fix

Attached testcase ICEs on powerpc-apple-darwin. I'd guess this is only an issue on 32-bit hosts targetting a 64-bit rs6000/powerpc target.

Please check the target clauses I put in the testcase; I'd like to test on all 64-bit capable rs6000/powerpc compilers, and I'm unsure how to do this.
