[Ada] Update file mapping on VMS

Subject: [Ada] Update file mapping on VMS

Manually tested on VMS
Test on i686-linux, committed on trunk.

Use VMS64 specialized versions of several units in
Interfaces.C hierarchy to be compatible with HP C default size choices.
This is necessary to ensure backwards compatibility with
legacy programs that assume 32-bit pointer size.

	Use the default version of Ada.Synchronous_Task_Control for VxWorks 653.
