Well, that document is clearly incorrect.

Since I see that slashdot reported that Intel is going to be porting
icc to darwin, I suggest you contact the Intel compiler group and get
the documentation for the only thing that matters -- the compiler.

If someone knows how to report the bug to whatever different Intel
department manages the instruction set reference, that'd be great.
