libstdc++/23550

LSB testing on ppc32 showed a cut/pasto when the char test was
translated into the wchar_t test. Fixed simply.

This is pretty minor, and only impacts the testsuites, so I'm going to
put it in all active branches.

tested x86/linux (gcc/gcc-3_4-branch/gcc-4_0-branch)
