I am not sure, how will it solve CHUD team's puzzle ?

The combination of these allows the user to step over these small
inlined functions in gdb using the 'next' operation.


... note that there's more to it than that; GDB does not yet support
this. I have the feeling that either Jim or Fred Fish knows more about
this...
