sh-elf currently doesn't build on mainline because of PR 22258.
At the moment, I have so many unreviewed patches of my own sitting around,
taking up build disk space, that I can't afford to test random patches
that the
submitter could readily test him/herself, assuming a usable baseline.
Once the mainline is usable again, you can build an 'sh4-elf' targeted
cross toolchain
from a unified tree, and verify that the multilib set which is built
remains the same.
If the test is successful, it is OK to install the patch.
