Worst case is the ports that cut-n-paste whole sections from the
tm.texi file; you learn to ignore the comments preceeding each function.
Ok, granted. But that's why a while ago the decision was made not to
do that anymore. The choice now is no comment vs. a short comment
that may or may not be useful.
