I see the relevant parts of the attached patch were not committed, but 
note that gcc.pot is a generated file and should be regenerated rather 
than patched, and that changing Ada files requires testing that Ada still 
builds (the style checks done when building the Ada compiler cause build 
failures if comment lines get too long, as can happen when increasing the 
length of the FSF address).

The following files also need changing: config/rs6000/sync.md, 
doc/gcc.texi, doc/include/fdl.texi (two places), doc/include/gpl.texi 
(three places), testsuite/treelang/a01gcci01.tree, and 
doc/include/texinfo.tex needs to be updated to the 
current upstream version which includes the new address.
