This is not a bootstrap, rather than just a normal build of GCC, if you
bootstrap, Sun's cc will not be used to build gfortran rather GCC will be.
All of the non C front-end's use GNU extensions.


Anyways you want to bootstrap, otherwise you find out that you run into
bugs which are really in Sun's compiler.
