There's no hint in gmp 4.1.4 about this.  The homepage states

GMP function categories
[...]
6. High-level floating-point accurately rounding arithmetic functions
   (mpfr). See the mpfr site for more information. In the next major GMP
   release, mpfr will not be included. Users are encouraged to download mpfr
   directly from that project's site.

but this will apply to gmp 5.0 only.
