I've just started building (until gcc/auto-host.h was present) a
sparc-sun-solaris2.8 -> i386-pc-solaris2.10 cross compiler with gas from
binutils 2.15.96.  If the required version of objdump is present
(i386-pc-solaris2.10-objdump in this case), HAVE_AS_DWARF2_DEBUG_LINE is
detected correctly.  So this should be good enough for mainline?

Mark: this is a regression from 3.4, so ok for the 4.0 branch, too?
