Subject: Objective-C++ testsuite infrastructure

Here the Objective-C++ testsuite infrastructure... I needed this now, as I working on the integration of the comptypes work for Mark and it adds a bunch of testcases and I needed a way to test them.

Tested with the new comptypes testcases.

I checked this in. There is some more work that needs to be done, namely to update and refactor the contents of obj-c++.exp...

[ I'm expecting people to not be so pedantic about the slush as to want this to wait. ]
