I don't think the people removing "GNU CC" from comments throughout GCC
had either the linguistic ability or the inclination to join the Swedish
translation team. So we have the situation of an unmaintained Swedish
translation with a comment referring to "GNU CC" instead of to "GCC" at
the top and no way to update the comment (without the update getting lost
with the next import from the TP) or to store the information for anyone
who does start work on that translation again that they should update the
comment.
