I checked in Objective-C++.

Approved offline by Mark. This version remove the change to the lang_identifiers and uses an along-side hash table and added the missing comments to the functions in cp/parse.c. There will be another one coming shortly that fixes the comptypes stuff... once we get done testing it.

Next on the plate, testsuite, documentation and more testing...

People that want to test libobjc or Objective-C or Objective-C++ are encouraged to do so now...
