Fix the URL for the FSF's SCO page

Howdy,

README.SCO directs the reader to

 http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/sco/sco.html

for more information, but that page is no longer available.  According
to

 http://web.archive.org/web/20041011175514/http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/sco/sco.html

what used to be there matches what is now at

 http://www.fsf.org/licensing/sco/

OK to commit the following?
