Hi,
Attached is a patch to remove unused macros.
SET_TMPL_ARG
ENUM_TI_TEMPLATE
ENUM_TI_ARGS
CLASSTYPE_TEMPLATE_LEVEL
The last uses of these macros were removed in 1998.
