libtool max_cmd_len bits

Subject: libtool max_cmd_len bits

This pulls some bits from libtool to update lt_cv_sys_max_cmd_len... this improves -m64 multilib builds of libjava on darwin8 by enabling it to build in one step.

Disclaimer, someone should merge in all of libtool, this, is not that patch.

I tested on darwin8 building libjava and libstdc++.

I think this may also fix libjava builds on, what was it, freebsd?
