This patch fixes the most requested bug to be fixed, C++ sucks. So I
just
propose to remove the C++ front-end instead.
OK? Bootstrapped and tested on some target which does not support the
C++
front-end.
This is a regression from GCC 1.0 since the C++ front-end did not exist
in
that version so OK for all release branches?
