This test was split off from gcc.dg/vmx/vector-4.c here

because it was wrong for PPC-64 Elf. However, it doesn't
currently pass on Darwin either, and as far as we can tell it never
did and is not supposed to. So I'd like to remove it, unless
somebody thinks it once did work. (Darwin follows the PIM
in this matter.)
