[PATCH][Ada] Add sparc linux target

- Subject: [PATCH][Ada] Add sparc linux target
Testing by sparc-linux experts gave very good results,
ok for 4.0 (where it was tested), and for HEAD also ?
More work is needed for sparc64 (in progress).
