I can approve this myself as libiberty co-maintainer, but since I'm
not fully up on MPW, I'm posting this for comments before I just do
it.

Thanks for doing this! I've had this patch in one of my trees for
awhile, and vaguely remember being concerned about testing
something (doc-related?) before committing, but might as well go
for it.
