OK, I'll try this.  I suppose this means that the testcase is run with
-O1 on every platform.  For IA32, we add -march=i386.

The reason I am sticking to gcc.dg is that I need -march=i386.  The
testcase doesn't fail with -march=pentium-pro for example.
