Marking calls to weak functions as possibly-trapping certainly makes sense to me.

It's sad that this means that we'll have to treat calls through function pointers a possibly trapping, but then again, the pointer might be NULL, so that should be possibly trapping as well.

RTH is the expert on this code, but your approach makes sense to me.
