Subject: [Ada] warning clean up

Tested under i686-linux, commited on mainline.

This is a dummy package body for use on non-Alpha/VMS systems so that the
library can compile and in the case where the -gnatdm switch is used to
force testing of VMS features.

	* s-vaflop.adb: Add pragma Warnings (Off) to eliminate infinite
	recursion warnings when compiled with -gnatdm.
