Patch for PR other/7549


PR other/7549 asks for the options enabled by -Wall to have that fact 
mentioned in their individual documentation rather than just in the 
documentation of -Wall itself (plus for some other manual changes which 
have been done some time ago).  This patch adds such mentions of -Wall.  
It passes "make info" and "make dvi".  Applied to mainline.
